Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after the order has been placed, as the production process starts immediately and your product is individually made for you. Please review your order carefully - especially the size - before completing your purchase.

Yes, returns are possible - you have 14 days after receiving your order to send it back. Since we produce each item individually on demand, we kindly ask you to check our size guide beforehand and order consciously. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
